All prices are exclusive of VAT (+ VAT 25.5%). 50% of our fee before build starts and when materials plus Shellit.org order are ready. 50% at launch — when the site is live. We do not start building before deposit, materials and Shellit.org. Payment term 14 days net unless agreed otherwise.
The build fee (299–549€ + VAT) does not include domain or hosting. You order from Shellit.org: Pronssi hosting + your domain (e.g. .fi or .com). About 25€/year + VAT 25.5% first year, then about 60€/year + VAT. We guide the order and handle technical setup. Domain is in your name (personal or business ID). Domain and hosting annual invoices come directly from Shellit.org, not from us.
The site is yours. Monthly update fees are optional — domain and hosting via Shellit.org (about 25€/year + VAT 25.5% first year, then about 60€/year + VAT) are the only annual cost. We handle updates for you as needed.
